DMY performed special inspections and testing services for this project from May 2015 to May 2016. The proposed construction consisted of demolishing the existing buildings and asphalt parking areas and constructing 16 new three-level townhomes with lowest garage level at grade. The townhome construction consisted of two (2) rows of attached units with eight (8) in each row. The footprints for the planned structures comprised approximately 11,346 square feet.

The project also included construction of infiltration facilities, paved access drives, utilities, and appurtenances.
