Neval Thomas Elementary School

The Neval Thomas Elementary School project consisted of demolishing the building’s existing parking lot and playground to construct a new playground, parking lot, and other site amenities (including a storm sewer system).

Under the direction of DMY, test pits were excavated to evaluate subsurface conditions. Field results uncovered excessive debris-laden soils and high groundwater levels. This information was instrumental in the design of the planned site improvements.
